1. Inspect the roof and carryout repairs, including replacing faulty screws, repair flashing and barge caps, replace heavily rusted roof sheets where required. |

| 2. High pressure clean the entire roof area, all guttering is rinsed out then finally your walls, windows, fencing and concrete rinsed off, leaving your home clean and spotless.

| 3. Spot prime any surface rust or faulty areas. Treat all flashing and prepare for application of the sealer. |  |
| 4. The entire roof area is coated with a Dulux etching primer to ensure strong adhesion with the 962 Roof Membrane. |

| 5. Application of two coats in the colour of your choice, using Dulux AcraTex 962 Roofing Membrane. At least 4 times thicker than paint, Dulux Roof Membrane provides ultimate roof protection, durability, colour retention & weather proofing. |

6. A final Inspection is carried out and then we present you with a written Products & Workmanship Guarantee.   |
