| 1. We inspect the roof for any signs of leaks and broken tiles are replaced with the same tile type of a similar age. | |||

2. A non toxic, bio degradable anti fungal treatment is applied directly to the roof tiles which will destroy and loosen up the moss and lichen.

| 3. High pressure clean the entire roof area using a turbo nozzle attachment, all guttering is rinsed out then finally your walls, windows, and surrounding areas are washed down, leaving your home clean and spotless. |

4. Loose bedding around the ridgecapping and gable ends are removed and rebedded using a sand and cement mix. Valley irons are treated with an etch primer then coated in a colour to match closely with the tile, or replaced where required. Any broken battens are replaced.

5. All ridgecapping and gable ends are pointed using a flexible acrylic pointing compound matched closely to the colour of the tile. Lead flashing is treated, or replaced where required. |
