1. Inspect the roof for any signs of leaks and broken tiles are replaced with the same type of a similar age. |

2. High pressure clean the entire roof area, all guttering is rinsed out then finally a wash down of all walls, windows and surrounding area, leaving your home clean and spotless. |

3. Loose bedding under the ridgecapping and gable ends are removed and rebedded using a sand and cement mix. Valley irons are treated with an etch primer, or replaced where required. Broken timber battens are replaced. |

4. All ridgecapping and gable ends are repointed using a flexible acrylic pointing compound. Lead flashing is treated and sealed, or replaced where required. |

5. The roof and gutters are cleaned out from any repair work debris, fungal and algal spoilage is destroyed before recoating, preventing any future growth. |
 |
6. The entire roof area is coated using a selected acrylic sealer/ primer from the Dulux Range, determined by the condition and porosity of the tile. |

| 7. Application of two coats in the colour of your choice, using Dulux Acra Tex 962 Roofing Membrane. At least 4 times thicker than paint, Dulux Roof Membrane provides ultimate roof protection, durability, colour retention & weather proofing. |  |
| 8. A final Inspection is carried out and a signed Products & Workmanship Guarantee is presented to you on completion. | |
